- Refunds will only be considered if the service has not been rendered as described or if there was an error in processing the fee.
- Fees that cover administrative or processing costs are non-refundable unless an error on our part is demonstrated.

- If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

- Manuscript processing fees, peer-review management fees, and publication charges are non-refundable once the manuscript has entered the review stage.
- Subscription fees for digital content are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced.
- Administrative fees incurred during the processing of your request are non-refundable unless an error on our part is confirmed.
